One truck
One man. One truck.
Zia Goods began in 1991 with Haji Malik Muhammad Ramzan and a single truck. He found the loads, kept the truck running and, more often than not, drove it himself, so every delivery went out with his name on it.
Our story
Before the fleet there was one truck, and the founder at its wheel. This is how a family built a transport company the slow way: one truck, one road, one promise at a time.
One truck
Zia Goods began in 1991 with Haji Malik Muhammad Ramzan and a single truck. He found the loads, kept the truck running and, more often than not, drove it himself, so every delivery went out with his name on it.
Brothers on the road
In time his brother came to work by his side. Together they grew the fleet one truck at a time, and hired the first drivers from outside the family, trusting them with the same roads and the same word.
The steady years
For years the company moved at its own steady pace. No leaps and no shortcuts: a fleet that grew a truck at a time, on the strength of loads delivered as promised.
The engineer
His eldest son Chief Executive Officer
Then his son Zia ur Rehman graduated as an engineer and went to work in a job of his own. But his father's vision mattered more to him. He left that job, brought his skills and his expertise into the family business, and set out to take it to new heights.
The standard
His second son Chief Operating Officer
His second son, Saif ur Rehman, graduated and joined his brother. He set strict standards and has held the whole company to them ever since, on every truck and every load. Inside Zia Goods he is known as the force that holds it together.
The all-rounder
His youngest son Chief Financial Officer
The youngest, Muhammad Zeeshan Malik, graduated as an engineer too. He looks after the accounts and, as the family's all-rounder, after whatever else needs a steady hand.
Today
Today the founder's three sons run the company together, by the rules he drove by. The fleet has grown from one truck to more than 55 trucks and tankers; the promise is still the one he made from behind the wheel.
The family
The founder, and the three sons who carry his company forward, each in a lane of his own.
Put a fleet run by the family that built it on your lane: food-grade tankers, our own drivers, and the founder's word on every load.
