01 Who we are
This website belongs to Zia Goods, a transport company at Plot #ST-15, Port Qasim, Karachi, Pakistan. “We” and “us” mean Zia Goods; “you” means anyone using the site. By using it, you accept these terms.
02 Using this website
You’re welcome to read the site, share its pages and use it to decide whether we’re the right carrier for your cargo. Please don’t try to break into it, overload it, copy it wholesale by automated means, or send requests through it that are false, abusive or not meant in good faith. The capacity request form is for genuine enquiries about carriage.
03 What the site tells you
What the site says about our routes, cargoes, equipment, fleet and figures is given in good faith, to describe how we work. It is general information, not advice and not an offer, and it changes as the business does.
04 Requests, quotes and carriage
Sending a request commits neither of us to anything. A quote is given in writing, once we’ve looked at the lane, the loading points and the cargo. Carriage itself — the equipment, the schedule, the rates, responsibility for the load and its insurance — is governed by the written agreement we make with you. Where anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement is what counts.
05 Our name and our work
The site’s words, design, drawings, maps and photographs, and the Zia Goods name and marks, belong to Zia Goods or are used with permission. Link to any page, and quote a short passage with credit; please don’t copy the site, its design or its marks, or suggest that we endorse you.
06 Other sites
Some links lead elsewhere — directions on Google Maps, for one. We don’t run those sites and aren’t responsible for what they show or do.
07 Keeping the site up
We work to keep the site running and accurate, but we provide it as it is: it may change, pause or be unavailable from time to time, without notice.
08 Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from using the website, or from relying on its general information. Nothing here limits a responsibility the law doesn’t allow to be limited, and our responsibility for any load we carry is set by the agreement for that carriage.

10 Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
11 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; when we do, the date at the top moves on. Using the site after a change means you accept the terms as they then stand.
